About Us

Owner/Chef Jhordano  has a passion in creating dishes that reflect the history of his country’s food culture. Chef Jhordano grew up in the district of La Victoria in Lima, Peru his mother is from Lima and father is from Peru's jungle, Iquitos. He discovered his passion for the Peruvian cuisine back in 2005 and went on to got his culinary degree. After working for 5 years for Adolfo Perret at Punta Sal Cevicheria in Miraflores, he meet his wife Marisol who was raised in Denver but grew up with a strong Peruvian background her mother is from the northern mountains of Cajamarca, Peru and Father from Lima. Jhordano than migrated to Denver, Colorado. Marisol, grew up in the restaurant business herself. Her father was the owner for over 40 years of a Mexican Restaurant in Capitol Hill in Denver. His restaurant was very loved, popular and became a staple to Denver. Marisol has learned from her father the importance of maintaining a restaurant strong, providing customers always with great quality and outstanding customer service. Chef Jhordano and Marisol started their catering business in 2019 with the goal of creating their brand and giving everyone the opportunity to try their authentic Peruvian dishes. After five years of a successful catering journey and providing dishes for many weddings, corporate events, private parties they decided to finally open a store front.
